A small number of copies were printed and given to contributors and a few representatives of the Fund. Contributors include, among others, Judy Blume, Norman Cousins, Annie Dillard, John Hersey, Garson Kanin, Ira Levin, Arthur Miller, Joyce Carol Oates, Frederik Pohl, Carl Sagan, Harrison E. Salisbury, and Herman Wouk. The book is in VG condition. There is a presentation written in such a tiny and unclear hand that even under magnification I am unsure of the names of either presenters or recipients; the presenters APPEAR to be "Mari (Michener's wife) and Jim."
