1921 Cleveland 125th Anniversary Coin

This large bronze medal was struck in 1921 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the founding of Cleveland, Ohio. One side shows a pioneer, perhaps Moses Cleaveland himself, holding a surveying tool. The dates July 22, 1796 and July 22, 1921 also appear. The reverse shows two seated figures below the title "Fifth City." Medal indicates it was issued by the 125th Anniversary Commission, W.S. Fitzgerald, Mayor and Honorary Chairman.
