N.D.: NY. P. F. Collier. . . Hardcover. The books are generally in excellent condition overall, ranging from VG- to NF. The hinge is cracked in a few cases, starting in a few others. Each volume is dark brown with gilt spine lettering and light rubbing to corners and spine extremities. In a few cases there is an owner's name written, in pencil. One volume has a tiny hole punched in the spine, about the diameter of a pencil lead. Each volume has a frontispiece in photogravure, protected by tissue guard. The volumes are undated, but appear to be published around 1900. Pages are clean and white (no yellowing) and a bit wavy. . Most volumes include Notes and Glossary.
