Pages vii through x unattached but present (a quick examination indicates that this is a flaw in the manufacture of the book, since there are no stitching holes along the fold to indicate that this sheet was ever attached; nonetheless, it fits in quite evenly). Bumped/lightly worn corners/spine ends, previous owner's name/town on front free end paper, pencil price impressions to top right corner of same, general wear, in edgeworn dust jacket w/chipping to corners/spine ends, small piece from top right corner of front panel, short edge tears, smudging, general wear. Jacket in protective mylar sleeve.; . Good, Hard Cover, Good, Octavo -- from 7.75" to 9.75" Tall.
