Two volumes (of two). Tan, full leather with gilt lettering on red and black grounds on the spine, 9 1/2 x 6, 721pp and 586pp, in VG- condition, covers a little rubbed and scuffed, some edge wear, some foxing of pages, stain to end papers of Vol 2; but clean and firmly bound. Former owner name on front pastedown, with bookplate indicating: Donated by E state of Hon John Witherow, Indiana State Senator 1855. Spine title is: Jarman On Wills, Perkins's Notes. Excruciating detail on this subject, practically from the Jarndyce v Jarndyce period.
