Popshop User Agreement

Fees. Popula charges $10 per month for unlimited use of PopShops by a single username. In addition, we charge a 10% commission on any sales which occur through your PopShop. You need to open a credit card account with Popula in order to sign up, and your card is charged once a month. If you sign up in mid-month, the first charge will be pro-rated to the next monthly billing date.

From time to time we may offer discounts to users who pre-pay for more than one month's use of PopShops.

Termination. Either you or we can terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason, each by writing to the other by snail mail or e-mail. If you terminate the agreement, it will be considered effective as soon as we receive your notice. We can terminate only with 10 days' advance notice, except that your service may be suspended immediately if your credit card is refused by the card issuer or if you infringe against our terms, conditions or this user agreement. If you terminate, you will be liable for any fees you owe us for services rendered. If you terminate and have pre-paid for service, we can't refund you any portion of the unused balance.

This agreement is in addition to your acceptance of Popula's general Terms & Conditions. You should read them carefully before accepting this agreement.
